My kids love this recipe. You can also use different flavors of pudding too. Vanilla is really good also.
recipe is easy enough for kids to make too.

Ingredients

1/2 c
pecans
2 pkg
15 oz frozen dinner rolls
1 pkg
butterscotch instant pudding
1 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
butter
1/8 tsp
cinnamon

How to Make Butterscotch Monkey Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a greased Bundt cake pan, sprinkle pecans in bottom. Layer dough balls on top of nuts. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over dough balls. Set aside.
  • 2In a saucepan on top of stove, mix together brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until butter is melted. Pour over dough balls.
  • 3Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
