Ingredients

2 stickbutter, softened

1 csugar

2ripe bananas, mashed

2eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 csweetened flake coconut (or more to taste)

1/2 cbutterscotch chips (or more to taste)

2 1/2 cself rising flour, sifted

1/3 cmilk, 2%

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How to Make Butterscotch Coconut Banana Bread
- Preheat over to 350. Cream Butter and sugar. Add in eggs and mashed bananas. Mix in chips and coconut. Add in sifted flour then milk and vanilla. Pour into greased bread pan (i use butter flavored Pam). Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Check after an hour. Toothpick should come out clean when inserted into the middle.
