Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sweetened flake coconut (or more to taste)
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips (or more to taste)
- 2 1/2 cups self rising flour, sifted
- 1/3 cup milk, 2%
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make butterscotch coconut banana bread

Step 1Preheat over to 350. Cream Butter and sugar. Add in eggs and mashed bananas. Mix in chips and coconut. Add in sifted flour then milk and vanilla. Pour into greased bread pan (i use butter flavored Pam). Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Check after an hour. Toothpick should come out clean when inserted into the middle.
