Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
- 8OZ - cottage cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli (thaw and squeeze out all liquid)
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make broccoli cornbread

Step 1Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together and add to melted butter.

Step 3Bake for 40-45 minutes in 350degree oven.
