This a adds nice color to your table for any get together. Can be served as an appetizer, with a meal or as a dessert.

Ingredients

10 ounces frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed/undrained
2 - eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

How To Make bon appetit strawberry bread

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2

Puree strawberries in blender or processor.
Step 3

Combine eggs and oil in small bowl and wisk thoroughly.
Step 4

Sift remaining ingredients into large bowl.
Step 5

Make well in center and pour in eggs and puree and blend well using wooden spoon.
Step 6

Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 7

Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean; about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Step 8

Cool.
