Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries***
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel**
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • USE LESS MILK AND ADD JUICE TO EQUAL 1 CUP.(ABOUT 3 TABLESPOONS

How To Make blueberry tea bread

  • Step 1
    In a bowl,combine flour,sugar,baking powder,& salt. Stir in blueberries,orange peel. In another bowl,beat eggs,add milk & oil.Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a 9"x13" baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. (can leave in pan)

    *** If using frozen blueberries...DO NOT THAW.
