- BLUEBERRY BREAD
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- CRUMBLE TOPPING
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make blueberry bread

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan well.

Step 2To make the blueberry bread, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

Step 3In a larger bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Fold in the fresh blueberries.

Step 4Spoon the batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan. To make the crumble topping, combine the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter in a small bowl.
