NOTE: USE NORMAL 1 1/2 LB SETTING ON BREAD MACHINE If needed, near the end of the kneading cycle add/use the set aside flour or water to adjust the dough for the right consistency. You can substitute unsweetened baking cocoa powder for all of the cocoa powders, the bread will not be as dark and you'll lose same flavor.

- 8 ounces water 110 degrees -2 tbs set aside
- 3 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1+1/2 teaspoon plan salt
- 1 tablespoon special dark cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon black onyx cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons any instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds coursely grouned
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed coursely grounded
- 3 cups all purpose flour -2 tbs set aside
- 2+1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
