1I whisk you can use mixer if easier for you,the 1st 4 ingredients
2whisk in sugar or again use mixer i put all dry ingredients flour soda b.powder and spices in bowl whisk to mix then add to pumpkin mixture mix until smooth and blended
3Bake at 325 I love Pam for Baking w/flour if you cant find Pam is fine,spray all pans well 12 small foil loaf or 6 large loaf pans ...Large 1 1/2 hours
small 45min to hour I check with tooth pick after 20 min to be safe all ovens differ ,Its Very very Moist , I have just this year added a GREAT new Topping i never thought it could get any better since im not a Nut person but this makes it More than Perfect had a pumpkin muffin from Star Bucks and it had glazed pumpkin seeds on top Omg. Yum Yum
41 cup raw Hulled Pumpkin seeds
3tbs sugar 2 tbs butter
melt butter add seeds and sugar stir up to 5min on med heat until sugar Completely melted it takes a bit for sugar to melt.
5Have pan with Parchment paper ready to lay seeds on , and 6 tbs sugar with cinnamon to taste in a bowl , So after Nuts have sugar completely melted add to sugar and cinn stir well to coat dump out on paper you have ready and quickly separate seeds as best you can .
6I dont like nuts in anything but sprinkling these on my Pumpkin Bread is a Must its Great without but it Grrreat with you can do nuts ahead of time , Everyone will Love you for this one ,sorry i will add Picture soon
