1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter/cooking spray two 8 or 9 inch loaf pans.
2Sift together your flour, salt and baking soda and set aside.
3Melt butter and then mix with sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add bananas, vanilla, and water and mix well. Fold in your flour mixture until all flour is moist.
4Divide batter evenly between both loaf pans and bake for 50-60 minutes or until tester inserted into center of bread comes out clean.
