Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup splenda no calorie sweetener, granulated
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 - pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/3 cup reduced fat buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make bea's banana nut bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick ccoking spray. Set aside.

Step 2Blend the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

Step 3Add your oil, buttermilk, vanilla to the mashed bananas. Mix it well. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until mixed.

Step 4Add chopped walnuts. Stir until mixed well.

Step 5Pour your batter mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven 350 degree oven 45-55 min or until rich brown and the center is set. Serve warm or cooled. Serve with your favorite icecream if you like.
