Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon & nutmeg
- CRUMB
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch - clove & nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
How To Make banana spice bread

Step 1In your mixer; add all wet ingredients. When fully mixed, add dry ingredients.

Step 2In a separate bowl. Mix crumb topping ingredients minus the butter.

Step 3Cut in the cold butter.

Step 4Pour mixture into loaf pans and bake one hour. If usi g the smaller Tim pans, only 50 minutes is needed.
