I've been making this moist banana bread for years now! What I find unique, is the cinnamon and sugar dusting inside the bread pan. It makes several loaves, so you can freeze some or give them as gifts!

6very ripe bananas, mashed

116 ounce tub sour cream

2 tspvanilla extract

2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

3 tspbaking soda

4 1/2 cflour

1 cchopped walnuts, optional
How To Make banana sour cream bread

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease four 7 x 3 loaf pans. In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Dust pans lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Stir in salt, baking soda and flour. If desired, fold in walnuts. Divide batter into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
