Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups coconut, flaked
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
How To Make banana pineapple coconut bread

Step 1In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in banana, pineapple and coconut flakes.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.

Step 3Spoon into a lightly greased loaf pan (8" x 4" x 2"). Baked at 350 degree for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to a wire rack.
