coconut, flaked
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 2/3 c
all purpose flour

How to Make Banana Pineapple Coconut Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in banana, pineapple and coconut flakes.
  • 2Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.
  • 3Spoon into a lightly greased loaf pan (8" x 4" x 2"). Baked at 350 degree for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to a wire rack.
