I got this recipe from "A Taste of Home~5 ingredient cookbook". A yellow cake mix streamlines assembly of the moist golden bread. This recipe makes two loaves of bread that are so good and easy to make. They remind me of "Otis Spunkmeyer~Banana Nut Muffins"

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix (18-1/4 ounces)
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk.

Step 2Add bananas; beat on meduim speed for 2 minutes.

Step 3Stir in Pecans

Step 4Pour into two greased 2-in x 4-in x 2-in loaf pans.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Step 6Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Can freeze loaves for up to 3 months.
