Ingredients
- 2 large banana's
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1mash banana's set to side. beat eggs and sugar, add oil and banana's mix well.

Step 2mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt then add banana, egg, sugar and oil mixture, stir in vanilla and milk mix well. stir in walnuts.

Step 3pour into greased and floured bread pan and bake at 325 to 350 degrees depending on oven for 50 to 60 minutes and toothepick comes out clean. cool on wire rack. * double recipe for two loaves
