Ingredients

  • 2 - ripe bananas - mashed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter - melted
  • 1/2 cup nuts - chopped

How To Make banana nut bread

  • Step 1
    Mash bananas - Add sugar and mix
  • Step 2
    whisk flour & soda together add to banana mixture alternately with eggs.
  • Step 3
    Add butter and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans
  • Step 4
    Bake @ 350 ~ 1 hour for large loaf or ~ 35 min. for mini loaves
