1/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 - eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 box instant banana cream pudding
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
3 - bananas, mashed

How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1

Cream oil, sugar, and eggs together.

Step 2

Add the mashed bananas and instant pudding, Mix well.
Step 3

Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Step 4

Pour batter into greased and floured pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
