Banana Nut Bread

A friend & co-worker shared this with me many years ago. All of my family & friends love this. This bread freezes well.

I use splenda (sugar blend) in place of the sugar.

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1/2 c
butter, room temperature
1/2 c
sour cream
1 1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
salt
2
eggs (beaten)
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 c
pecans, in pieces
1 c
mashed bananas

Step-By-Step

1Cream together sugar, butter, sour cream & eggs.
2Mix in the flour, baking soda, bananas & nuts.
3Pour into greased & floured large loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour or until done.
