banana nut bread
A friend & co-worker shared this with me many years ago. All of my family & friends love this. This bread freezes well. I use splenda (sugar blend) in place of the sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 cup mashed bananas
How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1Cream together sugar, butter, sour cream & eggs.

Step 2Mix in the flour, baking soda, bananas & nuts.

Step 3Pour into greased & floured large loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour or until done.
