This is my first Banana-Nut Recipe and it is very very good.

    eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    nuts, chopped
  • 2 c
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 3
    bananas smashed
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Banana-Nut Bread


  1. cream together butter,eggs and sugar. Then add baking soda and salt.
  2. Then in bowl smash bananas. Chop the nuts if they are not already chopped.
  3. Add in vanilla. nuts, flour, and bananas that you have smashed in a a bowl. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Will make 2 loaves.
