- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- dash - salt
- 2 - eggs,beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 - ripe bananas, mashed

Step 1Measure all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat lightly the eggs and add the cooled, melted butter mix and add to the dry ingredients Squish the bananas in the peel then put them in the mixture and blend well. A loaf pan is best. But try other sizes that are comparable I like mini-loaves...

Step 2Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tests done.
