This is quick and easy. Most bakers have these ingredients on hand all you need are over ripe bananas. The aroma in the kitchen is wonderful, while this is baking

  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • dash
  • 2
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 3
    ripe bananas, mashed

How to Make Banana Nut Bread


  1. Measure all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat lightly the eggs and add the cooled, melted butter mix and add to the dry ingredients
    Squish the bananas in the peel then put them in the mixture and blend well.
    A loaf pan is best. But try other sizes that are comparable I like mini-loaves...
  2. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tests done.
