  • 2 1/2 c
  • 1 c
  • 3 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3/4 c
  • 1
  • 2
    ripe bananas
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated orange peel

How to Make Banana Nut Bread


  1. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients together well.
    Cream remaining. Slowly add dry to wet.
  3. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min.

    Drizzle with frosting if desired.
