- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 6 - ripe mashed up banana's
- 4 - well beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1cream the sugar and shortening. Add the banana's and eggs. mix well

Step 2Sift together the salt, flour and baking soda. Add dry ingredients and chopped nuts to wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350* for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
