banana nut bread
There are probably a kazillion banana nut bread recipes on here, but I just can't refrain from posting my favorite recipe any longer! I've had this recipe for years - not sure of its origins, but it's never failed me!

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 - mashed bananas, the riper they are, the better the bread will be
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (i prefer pecans)
How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Grease two small loaf pans.

Step 2Beat together eggs and sugar. Add oil and bananas and combine well.

Step 3In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and nuts. Add to wet mixture.

Step 4Divide mixture between the two loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour.

Step 5Remove from pans and cool on rack.
