Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    banana essence
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread flour
  • 3 medium
    ripe bananas,mashed
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    walnuts,chopped
  • 1 stick
    butter,softened

How to Make BANANA CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease & flour a loaf pan.

    Beat butter sugar and eggs together

    stir in sour cream , bking soda, flour, vanilla and banana ..mix well

    pour into loaf pan
    and bake for 50 mins or until inserted knife comes out clean

    cool and slice..
