I got this recipe from a really good friend.. It is easy and very yummy Substitue: Jello-O Vanilla Instant Pudding this mini loafs will last 3 days @ room temp or 3 months in Freezer

Ingredients

- 1 pkg. ( 2-layer size ) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. ( 3.4 oz ) jell-o banana cream flavor instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

How To Make * banana bread minis *

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Step 2

beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with a mixer for 2 min - or until well blended
Step 3

add bananas and nuts; mix just until blended.
Step 4

pour into 5 foil mini loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray
Step 5

bake 40 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
Step 6

cool completely
