I have used this recipe for over 25 years, and always get compliments on its flavor and moistness. It is from my mom, and have no idea where she got it from.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - egg
- 3 - ripe bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make banana bread - low fat, moist and good

Step 1PreHeat to oven 350

Step 2Grease and flour pan(s) - makes one loaf or 12 muffins.

Step 3Cream sugar and butter

Step 4Add all other ingredients. Stir in flour last and slowly to avoid lumps.

Step 5Pour into pan(s).

Step 6If making muffins, you may need to adjust temperature(I drop it to 325 after 25 minutes) And timing is closer to 30-45 minutes.
