1 cup butter (not margarine)
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 - eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 - bananas, mashed
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk

How To Make banana bread from disney's animal kingdom

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl,cream butter, sugar and eggs till fluffy.

Step 2

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Step 3

Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add bananas, vanilla extract and buttermilk, mix well.
Step 4

Grease or spray with Pam, 4 mini muffin tins. Bake at 340F for 47 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
