Ingredients

  • 12-1(inch) slice
    thick slices banana bread,either store bought or homemade
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk ( of your choice )
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinn

How to Make BANANA BREAD FRENCH TOAST

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together eggs,milk,vanilla,cinnamon and set aside.
  2. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Melt 1 tablespoon butter. When butter is melted add 4 slices of bread that have been dipped into the egg mixture.
  3. Cook about 1 1/2 minutes per side until they are golden brown on both sides. Put on a platter and keep warm in a low heat oven and repeat the remaining bread slices.....................
