- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Cream together the softened butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs.

Step 2Mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda, and add to the butter mixture. Mix.

Step 3Add in banana, sour cream, and vanilla.

Step 4Put in a greased and floured loaf pan. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
