Ingredients
- 4 bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Mix bananas, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl.

Step 2Stir in flour and mix in well.

Step 3Stir in pecans.

Step 4Pour into a loaf pan that has been well-sprayed with baking spray.

Step 5Put into a cold oven. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Step 6Wrap in foil while still warm to hold in moisture.
