Ingredients
- 2 to 3 bananas
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan.

Step 2In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.

Step 3Mix in baking soda and salt. Stir in sugar and beat the egg and add and add vanilla. Mix in flour mixture.

Step 4Pour batter in pan and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 5Remove from oven and let cool, then remove from pan and slice. Store in container with a lid. Keeps for 4 days at room temperature. Or you can freeze it.
