- large ripe banana
- 1/2 c
- sugar or one cup of splenda sugar
- 1 c
- mayonnaise or light
- 2 c
- self-rising flour
- optional: add 2 tablespoon of maple syrup with mixing the banas and sugar
How to Make Banana Bread
- 1Preheat the oven to 350F.Spray with cooking spray 8 inch loaf pan. Mash the bananas in medium bowl. Stir in the sugar and add the mayonnaise, flour and pinch of sea salt and lightly mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the pan.
- 2Bake until a skewer inserted into the center come out clean, 50 minutes. Let cool the pan for 10 minutes, then onto a rack.
