- 3 medium very ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter unsalted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make banana bread

Step 1mash bananas in a large mixing bowl,using mixer add in the softened butter,not melted. now mix in the sugars,eggs,sour cream,and extracts.

Step 2Slowly add in the flour until well blended Pour into greased or spray with pam 2 loaf pans. Batter should be moderately thin like pancake or cake batter. Bake in preheated oven of 375 degrees for 45 min or until done.
