I have found many recipes, and never found one my family really liked, so I took a bit from some different ones for this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 - 4 - very ripe bananas
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, set aside.

Step 2In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add bananas & eggs, mix well.

Step 3In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine dry ingredients with banana mixture & mix well.

Step 4Stir in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step 5Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hour(s), or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
