We had banana trees in our yard growing up in Hawaii. Most people don't know it but when the fruit ripens, it ripens all at the same time. We always had banana bread in our freezer.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups bananas, mashed
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingrdients.

Step 2Add eggs, sugar, and oil, mixing until combined. Add bananas.

Step 3Let sit for 20 minutes. Pour into loaf pan.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
