We had banana trees in our yard growing up in Hawaii. Most people don't know it but when the fruit ripens, it ripens all at the same time. We always had banana bread in our freezer.

Ingredients

How to Make Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingrdients.
  2. Add eggs, sugar, and oil, mixing until combined. Add bananas.
  3. Let sit for 20 minutes. Pour into loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
