I've made it both ways... plain and also topped it with cream cheese icing.

How To Make
Preheat oven to 350.
Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oil, bananas and eggs and beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Then add the flour mixture and stir until moistened.
Pour into 2 greased 5x9 loaf pans and bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
**This is optional** Wait for loaves to cool down some then top with your favorite icing.
