Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3-4 - bananas, broken into chunks
- 4 - eggs, beaten
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oil, bananas and eggs and beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Then add the flour mixture and stir until moistened.

Step 4Pour into 2 greased 5x9 loaf pans and bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5**This is optional** Wait for loaves to cool down some then top with your favorite icing.
