Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 2 - ripe med. bananas, mashed 1 cup
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make banana bread

Step 1In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

Step 2In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, banana, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to flour mixture. Stirring just until combined; fold in nuts.

Step 3Pour into a greased 9 X 5 X 3-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool on a wire rack.
