I really like this banana bread. I usually add alot of spices to my recipe I've used for years,but this recipe does'nt have any spices,and it has a better banana flavor to me. Another recipe from my sister-in-law.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups ripe mashed bananas
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 8 tablespoons buttermilk
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Mix together butter,sugar,eggs,buttermilk and bananas.

Step 2Add flour and soda. Mix well with mixer. Mix nuts in.

Step 3Put in greased and floured bread pans. This is a double batch and I got three medium and three small pans if I remember right.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or untill bread comes out clean with a tooth pick and pretty golden brown. Cool on rack for a few minutes.Set loaves on a wire rack to cool.
