this is my dads banana bread it is really good and sweet its a little different

Ingredients For banana bread

3ripened bananas, peeled and mashed

1/3 cplain greek yogurt

3 Tbspbutter, melted

2eggs
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 3/4 call purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspground cinnamon
How To Make banana bread

1preheat oven to 350. grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.

2in the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the first 4 ingredients and mix until well blended.

3in a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

4then slowly pour it in the stand mixer, beating on low until batter forms and is mixed well.

5pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

6bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

7let cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.

8keep in airtight container for up to a week.
