Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray that already has flour in it, or grease and flour your pan.

Step 2Combine sour crean and baking soda, set aside. Use a hand mixer and cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, mashed bananas and the sour cream

Step 3Combine the flour and baking powder and add to wet ingredients, mix until combined.

Step 4Add to your prepared loaf pan and bake one hour or until toothpick inserted in loaf comes out clean. Cool in the pan approximately 10 minutes and remove.
