banana bread
(2 RATINGS)
This is NOT my own recipe. I have a 25 year old Philly Cream Cheese cookbook that this is from. It's such a moist bread and is always a hit! I bake a lot during the school year and am always taking something into work. This NEVER fails to please. One co-workers says her husbands co-worker would PAY for this, they enjoy it so much. I almost always make the small loaves now (as there is less guilt when eating a small piece! ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. ( I also have one for pumpkin bread that I will post. That recipe makes 2 large loaves for 6 small!)
