- 3 - large ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Set oven at 325 degrees Grease bread pan

Step 2In a large bowl mash bananas, sugar, egg and butter. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda and optional pecans or walnuts.

Step 3Add flour mixture to banana mixture and combine well. Pour into bread pan and bake for 55 - 60 minutes.
