Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4
    ripe bananas
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2-1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    pecans or walnuts

How to Make Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream together sugar & butter. Add 2 eggs.
  2. Sift baking powder, baking soda & flour. Blend dry ingredients with the rest.
  3. Add mashed bananas & chopped nuts.
  4. Oil & flour bundt pan or line muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
