- - 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- - 1/2 tsp baking soda
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1/2 c chopped nuts
- - 1/2 c margarine
- - 1 c sugar
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 c banana, mashed (3 medium)
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Mix dry ingred and set aside. Start with margarine and sugar, beating well, and add eggs one at a time. Mash bananas and add; blend lightly. Add dry ingredients slowly, still blending lightly. Stir chopped nuts in by hand. Bake in a greased and floured glass or metal loaf pan. Let stand 10 min before turning out. Bake 70 min at 300

Step 2You may substitute a butter-flavored baking stick for the margarine and 3/4 c chocolate chips can be added.
