Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (approx. 3)
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Break eggs into mixing bowl and beat until light and frothy. Add sugar and melted butter. Beat well. Stir in mashed banana and almond extract.

Step 2Mix dry ingredients and add to batter and stir just to combine. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool. Remove from pan. Store bread in airtight container or wrap in food wrap.
