Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks) room temp
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups banana's, smashed (approx 6)
- 3 medium apples, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1-2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 5 cups all purpose flour, sifted
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make banana apple walnut bread

Step 1In a large mixing bowl place room temp butter and smashed bananas. Start mixing on low. Add sugar, milk, lemon juice, vanilla, eggs, apple and walnuts. Mix till well combined.

Step 2In separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Step 3Add dry ingredients to cream mixture a little at a time till all is added and mix just until combined.

Step 4Spoon into three (3) 9x5 loaf pans, fill sprayed with non stick spray, fill about halfway up. Bake in 350º oven on middle rack for 50-60 min. or till a knife is inserted in the middle and comes out clean.
