Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 medium bananas,extra ripe are the best
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup bran cereal, not flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
How To Make apricot-banana bread

Step 1In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.

Step 2In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

Step 3In a small bowl, Combine mashed bananas and buttermilk.

Step 4Combine flour mixture and banana mixture alternately to the creamed mixture. Stir in bran, apricots, and nuts.

Step 5Pour into a greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until bread test done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
