Ingredients

1/3 cbutter
-
2/3 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1/4 cbuttermilk

3 mediumbananas,extra ripe are the best

1 1/4 cflour

1 cbran cereal, not flakes

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder
-
3/4 cdried apricots, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped

1 tsppumpkin pie spices
How to Make Apricot-Banana Bread
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In a small bowl, Combine mashed bananas and buttermilk.
- Combine flour mixture and banana mixture alternately to the creamed mixture.
Stir in bran, apricots, and nuts. - Pour into a greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until bread test done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
