We gad a luncheon at work this week and one of the physicians brought this bread. It was so very moist and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 28 ounces jar of applesauce
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
How To Make applesauce bread - steph

Step 1Mix applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk together in large bowl. Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Beat well. Add one cup chopped pecans. Pour into 8 well greased baby loaf pans.

Step 2Topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 chopped pecans and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix and sprinkle over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Step 3Keep in refrigerator. Can be frozen. ENJOY!
