This recipe came from a friend of my mothers, she gave a loaf to my parents once years ago and I had a slice and had to get the recipe.I hope you enjoy this as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups peeled, chopped apples
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
How To Make apple cake bread

Step 1Preheat oven 350, grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In a mixing bowl with eletric mixer add first 4 ingredients cream together, in seperate bowl add next 4 ingredients and whisk together then add to creamed mixture, mix well.Stir in last 2 ingredients mix well, pour into both loaf pans and bake for 45 min. or until test done with a toothpick poked in center and comes out clean. Enjoy!!!
