This is so good...we have apples available to us every year from many sources and this is one delicious way to make use of some of them. Moist and stores well. :)

    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c
  • 2
    apples, chopped
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts, optional
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How to Make Apple Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour. Check by inserting toothpick. :)
